Foods That Enhances Male Sex Act

Sex and food are two of life's greatest pleasures, don't you think so? If no, then you better keep reading because I'm about to show you a way to help pump up your hard-ons... during your lunch break!

Now, in my travels I’ve seen some INSANE food remedies.

Do you like soup? If you’re in the Philippines, have a hot bowl of bull balls soup! It’s made with bull’s balls, vegetables, and ginger — and is believed to work wonders for your shaft.

And in China and parts of Southeast Asia, snake products (especially the blood and venom) are thought to boost your sex prowess.

The blood and venom from a poisonous snake (for instance, a cobra) is mixed with rice wine, or drink straight out of the snake is very wonderful.

I actually tried this once in a restaurant in Guangzhou. All I can say is it’s an acquired taste...but in all seriousness: Caution: Do NOT try to drink snake venom at home.

Another weird one is caterpillar fungus — used to treat soft wood in some parts of China (it’s literally an invasive variety of fungus that grows inside caterpillars while they hibernate!).

And in Mongolia and the Philippines, eating wolf meat is believed to give a man stamina in the bedroom.

Of course eating wolf meat is neither sanitary nor legal, so I definitely don’t recommend it— and honestly, I doubt that it actually works.

The good news is, you can still eat your way to a better boner without resorting to bull nuts, wolves, snakes or fungi…

Just by making yourself a simple Waldorf salad!

What makes this common menu item so beneficial?

Well, a Waldorf salad is chock-full of ingredients that can have a direct impact on your boner:

Walnuts are a source of Arginine, which is an amino acid that your body converts to Nitric oxide. And Nitric oxide relaxes muscles in the arteries, allowing for better blood flow...and in turn, helping your hard-ons.

Red grapes are an excellent sources of Resveratrol — a powerful antioxidant which has been shown to promote firmness by increasing blood testosterone levels.

Mayonnaise contains eggs, which provide Choline — a nutrient that boosts brain function, so your brain can deliver messages to your shaft more efficiently (after all, arousal starts in the mind).

Celery contains something called Androsterone, a male pheromone that is released in your sweat. You know what pheromones are, right? They are natural sexual attractants...so your woman might feel aroused just by your smell (allowing you to focus on keeping your manhood at full attention!).

Apples are rich in antioxidants, including Quercitin, which helps trigger the production of dopamine (the “feel good” chemical) in your brain. Remember, many experts believe that arousal is as much mental as it is physical.

You can even add some dried red cherries, if you like. They’re rich in Anthocyanins, which help improve circulation (another critical component of good wood).

Here’s my go-to Waldorf salad recipe:

Ingredients
•    6 Tbsp mayonnaise
•    2 Tbsp lemon juice
•    Salt and pepper to taste
•    2 apples, cored and chopped
•    1 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
•    1 cup chopped celery
•    1 cup chopped walnuts
•    Spinach

Directions

Whisk the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add 1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp of fresh ground pepper. Blend in the apple, grapes, walnuts, and celery, then serve on a bed of spinach leaves. (I use spinach instead of lettuce because it’s rich in magnesium, which can boost your blood flow even more).

Oh — and lastly, I also recommend a banana before sex. Why?
